After aging our ciabatta dough, we fold in as much rosemary as humanly possible to create this golden and crisp ciabatta loaf. There are so many great ways to use the rosemary ciabatta loaf! One of our favorites is to make a caprese sandwich. Cut to size, lather with your favorite pesto spread, and then load it with: fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, tomato slices, and finally a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction. Enjoy!
