Sour Round

Another fascinating way of enjoying our unique, short-aged sour is as a bread bowl! Cut a circular hole in the round and pull out the insides (similar to hollowing out a pumpkin), then fill it with your favorite zucchini dip or thick clam chowder.  Be sure to save the insides for dipping purposes!
