Ciabatta Loaf

Our ciabatta loaf is modeled after the traditional breads of Lake Como, Italy.  The “slipper” bread, as it is translated too, is baked in a hearth oven to create a beautiful unique loaf with a crisp crust and great internal crumb.  A  fun way to serve ciabatta is to cut into cubes and serve with a fondue plate, so invite some friends over and give it a try!
