Ciabatta Rolls

This is an American twist on the original Italian “slipper” bread, all the flavor and style packed into an easier to handle roll. Pull out that Panini press that you forgot you had, load one of these Ciabatta rolls with thinly sliced prime rib, swiss cheese and red onion, once heated to your liking cut at a diagonal and pair with your favorite French dip recipe.
